About Us

We are Tauranga’s dedicated basement waterproofing specialists, and this is the only thing we do. Not general building, not painting, not a bit of waterproofing on the side between other jobs. Just basement waterproofing, damp proofing, leak repair, and retaining wall waterproofing, done properly, every single time.

We know this city, we know its soils, and we know exactly how Tauranga’s coastal climate and clay heavy ground combine to make life difficult for homeowners with basements. That local knowledge is not something you can fake and it makes a real difference to the quality of the work we deliver.

What sets us apart is straightforward. We assess before we act. We explain clearly what is happening and why. We recommend what your basement actually needs rather than the most expensive option on our list. And we do the work to a standard we would be comfortable with in our own homes. That is not a marketing line. It is genuinely how we approach every job, whether it is a single crack injection or a full exterior foundation membrane system.

We use proven products, current building science, and methods that hold up over the long term. We provide detailed written quotes so there are no surprises on invoice day. And we are contactable, local, and accountable in a way that a national franchise simply cannot be.

If your basement has a moisture problem, we would genuinely love to help you fix it for good.
